Open AllTrails History – Explore Your Hiking Past – Easy 2 min Tips

In this guide, I will quickly show you how to open AllTrails history on your mobile device or through the website. The activities history is the list of recordings that you have made while using the AllTrails app. This is very easy to do once you know where to look and can be very helpful when looking at past adventures.

Note: This guide assumes you have already registered an account on AllTrails and recorded at least one activity that we will be viewing in your history.

Open AllTrails History on Mobile

First, you will need to open up your AllTrails app and wait for it to load. Once loaded, on the bottom right menu, select the “profile” option that has the icon looking like a person profile picture.

You should now be on your profile page. This has all kinds of great information about your adventuring activities. I highly suggest taking time to poke around this area and explore all that it has to offer. For the purpose of this tutorial, next we want to click on the “Activities” tab within the profile.

Now that the “Activities” tab is active you can view your AllTrails recording history. As you can see below, the last AllTrails recording I have is “Morning hike at Kwaay Paay Peak Trail“. If you would like to see more details about the recording you can click on it.

If you are looking for a recording that was done some time in the past, you can see the search option is available just above the first activity, or just below the tabs that you selected “Activities” on in the steps before. This makes it really easy to find a trail by name.

Open AllTrails History on Desktop Website

To open AllTrails history on the desktop website is even easier. After logging in navigate to the top menu. Hover over “Saved” then click on the “Activities” sub menu.

AllTrails Home - Saved - Activities

This will take you right to all your recorded “Activities”. On the right hand side you will be presented with a map showing markers of all the trails that you have recorded within the app. If you have done many in one location, it will show a number of recorder trails, and to see a more detailed marker you will need to zoom in on the area.

On the left hand side you will have a list of all the recorded activities. By clicking on the trail details it will open up more in-depth stats about the recording. Similar to mobile there is also a search on the top of the list. You can use this to find trails by name.
